Syringa ‘Bailbelle’ (Tinkerbelle®) is a compact, reblooming dwarf lilac prized for its exceptionally fragrant, soft pink flowers and manageable size. This Descanso hybrid was specifically bred for mild winter climates, requiring significantly less chill hours than traditional lilacs .
