• Produces large, apple-shaped, glossy green fruit that resembles a smooth green apple. Skin is thin but tough.

• Flesh is white, exceptionally crisp, juicy, and mildly sweet with a refreshing flavor profile combining notes of apple, pear, and jujube.

• Best eaten fresh and crisp when the skin is still green; flavor declines when fully ripe and red.
