Description
Spineless Giant Yucca is a bold, architectural plant that adds a dramatic tropical or desert accent to landscapes and interiors. Unlike many yuccas, its long, sword-shaped leaves are flexible and lack sharp spines, making it much safer for high-traffic areas. It develops a thick, woody trunk that resembles an elephant’s foot as it matures. In spring and summer, mature plants may send up towering spikes of fragrant, bell-shaped white flowers. Fast-growing and incredibly adaptable, it is popular as a dramatic landscape specimen in frost-free areas and as a striking, low-maintenance houseplant.
