Description
Beach Strawberry (Fragaria chiloensis) is a vigorous, low-growing evergreen groundcover native to the Pacific Coast. It spreads by runners to form a dense, weed-smothering mat, making it a favorite for slopes, borders, and naturalistic landscapes. Spring brings small white flowers, followed by edible strawberries that are typically seedy and mild compared with garden strawberries.
